The Eco Applicator range offers reliable, cost-effective applicators for every purpose, allowing you to choose one that best suits your circumstances. They are all specifically designed for application of silage additives and will ensure accurate, even application. They are built to last and easy to fit and use, most coming with fully variable in-cab controls. Spares are readily available.
Ultra Low Volume (ULV) Application
Ecosyler: This Ultra Low Volume (ULV) system has been developed especially for application of Ecosyl ULV at 20 ml⁄t forage with self-propelled harvesters. Supplied: 22 litre tank with 3-way valve and level indicator mounted on a stainless steel frame, electronic control box, positive displacement peristaltic pump in a weatherproof box, stainless steel nozzle and 10m braided PVC tubing. Applying Ecosyl ULV at 20ml⁄t through the new Ecosyler system has been proven to deliver the same accuracy of distribution of MTD⁄1 bacteria throughout the crop as 1.5 l⁄t with a standard applicator.
Liquid Application
EcoFlow: A high output stem pump for use with 200 litre drums. Ideal for trailed or self-propelled harvesters. Standard pump has maximum output 10 litres⁄min (open flow*) but a higher range pump is available (8-15 litres⁄min). Supplied with fully variable in-cab controls, flow meter, single nozzle, wiring, tubing and jets.
MiniFlow: A reliable, low output submersible pump suitable for 200 litre drums or 25 litre cans. Maximum output 3 litres⁄min (open flow*). Supplied with fully variable in-cab controls, wiring, tubing and jets. The MiniFlow S is for standard round balers or trailed harvester and comes with 2 nozzles. The MiniFlow MB is for haylage mini balers and comes with 1 nozzle.
Ecobale: Ideal for balers but can also be used with forage harvesters. Maximum output 8 litres⁄min (open flow*). Supplied with 250 litre tank, fully variable in-cab controls, pressure gauge, 2 nozzles, wiring, tubing and jets.
Magnum: As for Ecobale applicator but with a larger 400 litre capacity tank and higher output (maximum 19 litres⁄min open flow*). Ideal for use with high-throughput self-propelled harvesters or big square balers.

Dry Application
EcoDry: 80kg capacity applicator with rotor delivery system and fully variable in-cab controls. The applicator can be adjusted to give a wide output range (eg 200 to 3100 g⁄min for Ecosyl). There are two options for delivery: The RL80 has a single wide-bore delivery tube attached to the base of the unit via a swivel joint which allows more flexible positioning of the hopper. It come with either a spread plate (EcoDry RL80SP) for application over the pickup reel or a tubing adapter (EcoDry RL80TA) for delivery direct into the chopping chamber or air intake. Alternatively, the EcoDry 80G delivers via 3 narrower tubes. The two basic models are inter-changeable using a simple kit.
